It's a great demonstration of just how versatile halogen ovens are. Watch how he gets the meat perfectly cooked and with a lovely brown color. Try doing that with a microwave oven!

It's also a good way to show how, when you cook steak in a halogen oven, you don't even need to thaw it out. These ovens really are quick, easy and healthy. Not really sure what I did before I got mine!
